Warranty registration

Your Savaria Vuelift includes a manufacturer’s 36-month warranty for parts. You need to register your warranty so we can contact you easily in case of any important updates to your product. To register, you will need to know the serial number of your Vuelift, the date you purchased it, and the name of your installer. Register now


You need to have your Vuelift serviced by an accredited Savaria installer, in accordance with the maintenance schedule included with your Owner’s Manual. Under warranty your Vuelift can only be serviced by the installer who sold the product to you originally. For help, contact Savaria customer services on +44 0800 204 4764.

If your Vuelift is no longer under warranty but is due for a service, please contact the installer who sold you the lift, or contact Savaria to find out which installers in your area are qualified to service your lift.

Due to the technical nature of Savaria products and necessary safety precautions, technical support is only available to authorised Savaria installers.
